Students entering Land O’ Lakes Christian School (first-time enrollment) must have an up-to-date physical examination health form (form DH 3040-doctor's original) on file before they can be admitted to class. Students transferring to Florida schools from other states or who are transferring to different schools between Florida counties shall be allowed up to a maximum of 30 school days to present proof of their immunization status. Except for transfer students, no grace period can be granted.

Additionally, new students transferring in must have standardized test scores reflecting a minimum baseline 40th percentile competency in the areas of mathematics and reading.
